In his careful reading of the available reports of the accusation made by Deborah Ramirez against Judge Brett Kavanaugh, The Daily Wire’s Ryan Saavedra found ten serious problems for those who want to believe it.
Here they are:
1. The New Yorker could not find a single witness who could put Kavanaugh at the alleged party.
2. The New York Times could not find a single person who could corroborate Ramirez's claims.
3. The man accused of egging on Kavanaugh denied Ramirez's allegations and vouched for Kavanaugh's character.
4. A third person that Ramirez claimed was at the party says she was not there for the alleged incident.
5. Ramirez contacted her former classmates, asking about the incident, and admitted she was not sure that Kavanaugh was the male who exposed himself.
6. A woman who claims she was "best friends" with Ramirez says Ramirez never mentioned the story and initially said her friend's accusations against Kavanaugh might be "politically motivated."
7. Ramirez, just like Christine Blasey Ford, is a registered Democrat and is dedicated to leftist causes.
8. Ramirez wasn't even sure her memory was correct — until she spent six days going over it with her Democrat lawyer.
9. Ramirez admits there are holes in her memory due to how much she drank at the party.
10. People who knew Ramirez after her time at Yale say that she never once mentioned the incident — until Kavanaugh's nomination was pending.
7. Ramirez, just like Christine Blasey Ford, is a registered Democrat and is dedicated to leftist causes.

The biggest reason I lend very very little credibility to the accusations. I know all the other evidence, or lack thereof will pan out. This, right off the bat, is how I know it’s a smear.
Let’s turn the tables.
Imagine if we had a liberal female having been nominated to the Supreme Court, and after the hearings a bombshell was dropped and the accuser was a man with activist conservative history, the moron media would explode all over this guy. They all know bias and lies when they see it! They live this crap every day of their lives.
Likewise, they know these women have no credibility. But that’s not the game they are playing.
The dems are accustomed to their opponents turning tail at the first sign of a fight.
President Trump doesn’t run.
Judge Kavanaugh isn’t running.
If the republicans put up even token resistance they win and Kavanaugh is confirmed with no problems.*
The fact that both of their hit pieces on the judge are such laughable jokes gives evidence of the shallow bench of the democrat-socialist party.
*not counting on resistance to the”Resist We Much” brigade though.
This is not a game.
This is an attempted Coup. The Communists have made their play.
I am glad to see Kavanaugh fighting back. It’s time people said “enough” to the communists and their media hacks.
11. She’s a Puerto Rican Social Justice Warrior, who has publically testified in front of Congress on those awwwwful police shootings, including the gentle giant, Michael Brown. Of Fergusen riots fame. The strong arm robber of cigars. “Pants Up, Don’t Loot” guy. It’s on youtube.
The Demonic possession of the left continues.
The rinos may have gotten away with a no vote before the accusers were exposed but not now.

Anyone would bust a gut hearing the story.
Demonrats picked the wrong person this time. Kavanaugh has more backbone than Moore. After this, they won't be able to pull this bs again. Kavanaugh will win this for all conservatives. Go, Judge Brett!
