The same ones that want to kill US first want to Disarm US so they can have their bodyguards kill US.
It can really be distilled down to two basic types: Useful Idiots and those who make use of them. The types you identified, at their barest essence, are sub-groups of one of the above.
Secondly, there is only one type - a racist, regressive fascist. These are the qualities that encompass all Democrats and all on the left.
They are racist because they view everything though a racist lens, no different then the worst plantation slave driver.
There are regressive because they wish to destroy all liberality and freedom brought about by the founders. The first amendment, the second, etc.
They are fascists because they place state and group control above the individual and freedom to live.
No other descriptions or subdivisions are required as all of their perfidy easily falls into these categories.
As for Republicans and the right. Some fall into these categories but most, a clear majority, are either socialists or quislings.
In reality there are only 4 types:
A$$holes
Idiots
Morons
and Imbeciles.
A.I.M.I
Imbecile: A person who doesn’t have the sense to get off railroad tracks in the face of an oncoming train.
Moron: Tells the imbecile to avoid getting hit turn around and outrun the oncoming train.
A$$hole: The engineer on the train seeing the imbecile running speeds up the train.
Idiot: The government official who shows up at the accident scene arrest, jails and prosecutes the locomotive.
