If the Russian hacking operation helped Donald Trump defeat Hillary Clinton, as many Democrats believe, then President Barack Obama obviously helped Trump defeat Clinton by allowing the Russians to hack the Democrats' emails. Although I doubt that the Russian hacking had any impact on the election, I recognize that if Obama believed the Russians would help Trump win he obviously wanted Trump to defeat Clinton.
Why would Obama want fellow Democrat Clinton to lose to a Republican? I don't have any inside information, but there is a persistent rumor that Obama has been plotting to return to the White House. If Clinton had won he would not have been able to run again until 2024. With Republican Trump in the White House, Obama can run again in 2020. The media have blamed Trump for the hacking operation and ignored reports that Obama was aware of it and didn't stop it. Obviously, if Obama had wanted Clinton to win he would have tried to stop any Russian effort that could have kept her from winning.
Constitutionally, Obama can’t return to the White House at all. This makes no sense.
Obama probably did NOT want her to ever have more power than him. So his efforts were half-hearted.
Bill Clinton too- he would have ended up in Ft Marcy park- he would have been no further use to her, and a huge potential liability with all the places he sticks his d**k.
The entire “Russian” thing was nothing a but Hillary Clinton cover story for why she lost. There is no reality to it at all. But meanwhile, big tech massively did everything they could the influence the election.

Constitutionally, Obama was never eligible, he is NOT a natural born citizen.
He was born a British subject.
One cannot be a British subject AND a natural born citizen.
Natural born citizen have only ONE nationality.
That is why they are NATURALLY citizens.
They cannot be anything else.

The point here is he’s Constitutionally prevented from becoming President again. The whole article is based on a false premise anyway.
It MIGHT be possible to backdoor a former president into the whitehouse by having him serve in the House and then he elected Speaker before impeaching the President and Vice President. The 22 amendment only states that a person cannot be ELECTED more than twice. Assuming that the idea was to switch parties in the White House you’d have to impeach both at the same time, since the VP would move up the ladder like Ford did when Nixon resigned.
It’s a long shot at best.

Correct! This is technically legal, but (as you say) so unlikely that it’s not a practical concern.
There also seems to be some gray area as to whether a former twice-elected President could be elected or appointed VP, and then assume the office and finish the term of a dead or resigned President.
