IMHO the constant visceral and near violent hatred of President Trump has (#RustyIrony) helped him. Especially with people who may have been very marginal and lukewarm to him at first. Only the most twisted and disturbed among us want to join a lynch mob. That’s what the media and “progressives” are becoming when anyone who even breathes a word of non-hostility (not even support)... can’t do business, enjoy a meal or even be in public without being harassed by vulgar shouting mobs (or profanity filled Twitter trolls!).
