Zullo and Gallups claim that Dennis Montgomery gave a federal court judge evidence 5 years ago that Brennan's CIA had the capability to manipulate elections and make it look like the Russians had done it after the fact!

Was this the "insurance policy" that Obama and Brennan had in their back pocket in case ANY GOP candidate, not just Trump, won against Hillary in 2016?

The audio is terrible at the beginning but clears up by 56:30 when Gallups starts discussing this key issue.

Gallups seems to me to insinuate that he might have during their secret meeting shortly after 56:30 on the audio. It is late at night and due to my condition I cannot listen to this whole tape.
