Comey Blasted By Inspector General As 'Insubordinate"
Former FBI Director James Comey was blasted by Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitzs office for his actions during the bureaus midyear investigation into Hillary Clintons use of a private email server to conduct government business and the investigation found evidence that other members of the FBI deliberately took official action in an attempt to keep President Donald Trump from holding elected office.
Horowitzs 500 page report, a summary of which was obtained by this reporter and other news outlets, also gave extensive and in-depth details of the dis-function within the bureau and Department of Justice from the beginning of the investigation in July, 2015 until Comey ended the probe into Clinton during the summer of 2016.
One of the most damming pieces of evidence was a never before seen text message from embattled FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok to his paramour former FBI Attorney Lisa Page where he suggests that he will not allow Trump to become president.

Fire and prosecute all of them. Start with Sessions.
Thats colluding to influence our election, plain and simple.
There was no intent. No reasonable prosecutor would . . .
Fire them?
Wray just said in his Press Conference they will go to training classes.
I get it now.
The INSURANCE policy was Strzok massaging Comey to set the Mueller investigation in motion, and then getting himself on the team. ‘we’ll stop it.’ Damn.
Fire and prosecute all of them. Start with Sessions.

When is the Swamp going to be drained? There are plenty of obvious places to start yet its not happening. It’s really frustrating to watch.
The report clearly shows that high level members of DOJ and the FBI had no standard of professional or unbiased level of conduct they would not violate for political reasons and were using government channels to plan, discuss and arrange such conduct.
The agencies are terribly compromised and the only response can be the ending of more careers, the indictment of those committing crimes and the dismissal of all investigations tainted by the gross department wide misconduct.
Since this morning when all of this I.G. report crap hit the news I’m reminded of the Oh so many wagging their fingers in our faces telling us Horowitz was an Obama guy.
It just keeps flashing before my eyes, but we were told Horowitz was a good guy. BUT THEN we were told all about how Mueller was such an upstanding, honest, stalwart as well.
No intent...no harm no foul.
It came across like a slap in the face. These folks don’t give a damn how anyone fees about the reports or what happened. They only care how THEY feel and the people they work with.
Felt like a slap in the face, a cover-up and a big excuse for Hillary. I want to know if the FBI functioned like Loris Lerner... I want the numbers. How many conservatives groups were investigated... how many liberal groups and did the assh*les work for the Southern Poverty Center, did they take cash from George Soros and did they wink and nod at the DNC when files were taken.
He will change his tune. The smackdown is coming.
Riiiiiiiiiight.
Change his tune?
Don’t think so.
He is now boxed in by the “Independent” IG report.
So is Trump and Congress.
Any of them that challenges the IG report will be called out
as being political.
Have you thought about why Trump hasn’t tweeted anything
about this report? And we all know he tweets about anything.
If you wish to hold onto hope by some law you say exists,
by all means hold onto your hope.
The reality is this report has politically boxed them in.
Could that change if the IG releases another report? Sure.
But this report is in the history books. It is what it is,
Yet none of them will go to jail.
Disgusting.
Yup, to train them to CYA
This report does not box them in but is now opened up to scrutiny as the new policy/law states as their is sufficient evidence of malfeasance. I was just on the phone with a colleague of mine in another agency who was briefed too this week and they said the same thing wrt this situation.
This would serve as a powerful example to employees of other agencies.
