As I will never visit NYC, cannot be or interest.
Excellent and funny behind-the-curtain look at high end eating! Thanks!
The author had a bad night at an upscale restaurant and wants revenge. This is nonsense. I know the industry, it is not what is portrayed here.
The author is Anthony Bourdain, and he worked in the industry as a chef for two decades before becoming a writer.
He passed away?
yes that was an interesting read....
didn’t notice that it was Anthony Bourdain...he certainly was an interesting person but so hateful, and dismissive of other people....
And to back up Alex’s claims about AB’s perceived moral authority that would make his MAGA views so dangerous to the Establishment:
This is the 1999 essay by Anthony Bourdain that made him semi-famous.
It evidently was not very fulfilling as he just committed suicide.
