The Terrible Truth About Walter Cronkite

It is appalling to read, isn’t it? And then you realize how influential this man was, the list of important and powerful people whose ears he had.

The beginning of the real degradation and corrosion of America coincided roughly with the advent of Walter Cronkite. It was the sixties radicals, who reared their heads, largely took over American political and cultural structures in the Seventies through the Nineties, culminating with the election of Barack Obama.

A known affiliate of terrorists and racists who, in years past, would have never been allowed anywhere near the levers of power, but the takeover of the Democratic Party by Sixties Radicals, supported by people like Walter Cronkite, made it happen.

That is damned bleak.

This article starts off "It is wrong to speak ill of the dead..."

All I could think was: No...it is not. We ill of dead people all the time of dead people who deserve it.

What Leftists would say (if you could give them truth serum) is that it is wrong to speak ill of Walter Cronkite, who just happens to be dead.

We can speak ill of him, because he deserves it. People like Ted Kennedy, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and nearly the entire Democrat Party exist in the form they do because of him.

Yes, he deserves it.

Yes, if you look at Cronkite, it is really hard to believe he could be that stupid to believe we would want to be governed by countries which would be elevated to coequal levels, consisting of Muslim countries, Communist China and Communist Russia, North Korea, European countries that do not have free speech, etc.

I really don't know how any thinking American cannot see how corrupt and self serving the United Nations actually is. Was Cronkite a communist sympathizer? Always this way, or did he get more so in his later years? His pro UN speech was so shallow.

When I read the Wikipedia article on Walter Cronkite, there is no indication of the items brought up in the "Accuracy in Media" article. I am really thankful for Accuracy in Media!
