God Squad I:
It takes unmitigated gall of the most classic kind to toss God Almighty into the Gun Rights mix, and thats what Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo had when he appointed himself Supreme God Squad One within hours of the Santa Fe High School massacre, which claimed 10 student lives and injuring 10 more, including John Barnes, a retired Houston police officer who was working as a high school resource officer at Santa Fe High.
God hasnt instructed me to believe that Gun Rights are bestowed by him is Chief Acevedos take on the latest shooting, somewhat akin to someone bringing a fully-rigged fire truck to an annual water fight staged by little gaffers squirting off water pistols.
“...within hours of the Santa Fe High School massacre, which claimed 10 student lives...”
That’s an absolutely false statement.
Sorry art, but your rights don’t trump mine. Mine however do trump yours. Live with it...
Acevedo has never met a camera or microphone he didn’t like.
>>Sorry art, but your rights dont trump mine. Mine however do trump yours. <<
And mine trump everyone’s.
It is in fine print in the USC — I inserted it in sub-atomic writing when I time traveled to the signing.
That might explain the now well-known conspiracy theory labeled “what the heck is FD2003?”
If this illiterate gun grabber had read the natural-rights debate surrounding the Bill of Rights, he would know that God did in fact instruct us about the rights that He gave us. If he had read the Bible, he would know that self-defense, in moderation, is included in the lessons that Jesus taught.
Luke 22: Then Jesus asked them, "When I sent you without purse, bag or sandals, did you lack anything?" "Nothing," they answered. He said to them, "But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one . . . The disciples said, "See, Lord, here are two swords." "That is enough!" he replied.
Ok, “Chief” where does the right of self defense come from?
“Acevedo has never met a camera or microphone he didnt like.”
Sounds similar to the Broward County ringpiece sheriff Israel. Acevedo should give his cops more range time...I heard his boys exchanged gunfire for 30 minutes and may have killed some of the students themselves....without hitting the perp.
“Ok, Chief where does the right of self defense come from?”
It comes from whatever political hack democrat gadfly police chiefs determine.
They definitely have their similarities.
Arcevedo is Houston PD chief. He needs to stay in his own backyard and keep his nose out of others jurisdictions.
Another dumbass Cuban immigrant who doesn’t ‘get it’. From Austin to Houston. Both of the communist meccas in Texas.
