I believe I read over the weekend that the OIG report that was scheduled to be released on May 8 has been delayed so they can pursue new avenues of inquiry. OK by me ... yes, it’s frustrating to wait and sit back now knowing, but we want it done right and completely, not half-assed so they get off on technicalities.

That OIG report was first due in January, we probably will never see it. Maybe a redacted watered down version sometime after the mid term elections. Sessions is a coward. He is afraid of doing his job, he should be fired.

This entire line of reasoning - “delayed to pursue...” - is utter nonsense. There are dozens of near-term targets for prosecution and no one - not even McCabe - has yet been charged with so much as shoplifting. We’re supposed to believe that there will be a flurry of indictments in a couple of months. Please!

I hope to hell that I’m wrong...
