Today’s Campaign Update (Because The Campaign Never Ends)
This story does not please the Borg so the Borg has blocked it. – After the FBI released 300 new texts shared between FBI Super Agent Peter Strzok and his heroic paramour Lisa Page, the Daily Caller published a story on the texts that began to go viral on Facebook. Naturally, the evil minions at Facebook quickly stepped in to block users from sharing the story, mocking up a fake notice that said “Our security systems have detected that a lot of people are posting the same content, which could mean that it’s spam. Please try a different post.” You must not displease the Borg if you wish to keep accessing the Borg. Assimilate or be gone.
Your fake news media in action! – After doing everything it could to ignore a series of fantastic developments for the Trump Administration this week and filling its pages instead with anonymously-sourced fake news about Stormy Daniels, Michael Cohen, Scott Pruitt and Ronny Jackson, the fake journalists at the Washington Post published a front page story that led with ““The final week of April was designed to be a triumphant one for President Trump,” it led its front-page story on Friday. “ … But instead, it became yet another week in which the Trump administration was convulsed by chaos and contradiction.” Because that’s what your fake national news media does.
The ClapperTapper Conspiracy gets outed. – The House Intelligence Committee released its final report on Friday, and it predictably led with the truth: That there was no “collusion” between the Trump Campaign and the Russians, but there was tons of “collusion” between the DNC, the Clinton Campaign, the Russians and a variety of other agents of foreign countries. Naturally, the terminally vacuous A.B. Stoddard, appearing on the panel segment of Fox’s evening news hour, dismissed the report as having “no credibility,” no doubt having received that talking point from the office of Nancy Pelosi just before going on air.
The report is actually filled with very interesting, well-documented findings, one of the most interesting of which confirms that Obama Director of National Intelligence James Clapper has been caught in yet another instance of perjury in testimony to congress. As detailed by Sean Davis at The Federalist,
“In one of the findings within the 253-page report, the House intelligence committee wrote that Clapper leaked details of a dossier briefing given to then-President-elect Donald Trump to CNN’s Jake Tapper, lied to Congress about the leak, and was rewarded with a CNN contract a few months later.”
So, Clapper leaked to Tapper, Tapper used the information on air without naming sources, Clapper lied about it all to congress and then Tapper’s bosses at CNN rewarded Clapper for his leaking to Tapper with a big contributor’s contract, and now the ClapperTapper conspiracy to help bring down the President is circling around the crapper.
Possibly the most noxious part about all of this is that Clapper has lied about all of this repeatedly on-air for CNN, and Tapper has sat there in his fake anchor chair for months remaining silent about it. Per the report:
“Clapper’s discussion with Tapper took place in early January 2017, around the time IC leaders briefed President Obama and President-elect Trump, on ‘the Christopher Steele information,’ a two-page summary of which was ‘enclosed in’ the highly-classified version of the ICA,” or intelligence community assessment.
So Jake Tapper, vaunted “journalist” and super-duper anchor guy for the fakest fakenews networks on the planet, has known about Clapper’s mendacity for 16 months now and has chosen to remain as mute as a terra cotta warrior about it. Proving yet again that if you watch CNN, you are choosing to be brainwashed.
There will be no accountability for the Tapper piece of the ClapperTapper Conspiracy. His behavior is exactly what his bosses at CNN want their people to be doing in their efforts to coordinate with the Democrats to bring down this presidency. But there is plenty of time to hold the Clapper part of ClapperTapper to account for his efforts to subvert American democracy.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions sat by and allowed Clapper to skate as the statute of limitations ran out earlier this year on his previous congressional perjuries. Now the AG gets a second shot at proving that the perjury statutes exist for a reason, and more importantly apply to all Americans. One more thread of the conspiracy to bring Donald Trump has unraveled.
Just another day in the conspiracy to end the Trump presidency is falling apart America.

So far it looks like he's still giving cover to Mueller, Rosenstein, their back room buddies and other associated miscreants (e.g., Brennen).

Sessions, according to some people, is off playing 4D-chess, smiling benignly on all of us simpletons who think he is working for the globalists. He smiles benignly because he figures that his web of justice will be drawn in tight just after the last glowing embers of a destroyed nations goes out.

I have no way of knowing one way or the other, but in theory Clapper’s previous perjury could be one of the several thousand sealed indictments floating around in the Q anon world. Either way, it’s better for the country and for the President for this to come out drip by drip rather than all at once.
Conspiring with a Cabinet-level officer to damage opposition candidates in an election is a completely different matter.
Tapper should be disgraced and removed over this incident. He is no longer a credible broker of the news.
