Just my personal request to the FReeper community that we stop posting You Tube videos on here if we can at all avoid it.
You Tube hates us and is one of several leftist media outlets that's currently engaged in trying to silence us and deny us a means to organize.
We should not be helping them add to their advertising revenue if we can at all avoid it.

I personally agree with you and am hopeful that good alternatives will be developed that completely eliminate the need for anyone to use youtube. I feel the same way about facebook (which I never use) and google... which I never use unless forced to. There are lots of others that fall into these categories as well.
That’s a shame, because you-tube has made it easy for people to communicate with video, create their own TV programs, endless things.
If there isn’t a you-tube, we need an alternative. What else is out there?
The same could be said for other sites, like Facebook. Twitter I don’t care about, I don’t use it. Free Republic is really the best of its kind for what we do. But for video, as they start to shut down conservatives (and “demonetize” them) on You Tube we need to have somewhere to go. Any ideas?
If YouTube keeps deleting videos, for liberal reasons, there won’t be any to post, anyways..............

Gab.ai is working on that now. They're currently working on developing a platform for Live Streams and if that works why stop there?
I’m torn as well, conservatives keep running away and ceding territory to the liberals rather than making a stand.
Most likely any alternatives will be full of liberals as well, anyway.
There are other video services available, and many YouTube videos are on those as well.
I appreciate the practicality of continuing to use YouTube/Facebook/Twitter, but we can make a point of finding alternatives where reasonably possible. Much share-worthy content is on Vimeo, LiveLeak, etc.
Just a substantial drop in use (vs complete abandonment) will have an effect.
There may be an equivalent. But how would anyone find it? If Google won't find it and present it in a search, then what? Which search engine is out there that supports conservative/American ideals?
I have seen a lot of conservatives on Reddit share the videos via hooktube. I’m not sure how they do it though.
The instructionals on You Tube are invaluable-——sorry but I would miss it.
