They don’t have to shoot your rocket down, they just unleash a dozen alphabet-agencies onto you, take all your money, impound your equipment, and tie you up in Court for a decade.

This didn’t start with obama, it started 100+ years ago with the “progressive movement” and was fully institutionalized during the reign of FDR.

It took a Constitutional Amendment to institute Prohibition, and another one to repeal it.
Now, any number of substances or action’s, can & are banned, by Administrative Decree alone. And that includes asking permission and paying the License Fee, to launch a rocket or orbit satellite’s.

Again... That ship sailed a long time ago.
Our Federal government can regulate literally anything, including not growing wheat, and communication satellites...

Wait till the Vogon Constructor ships show up. The FCC will have to issue a very sharply worded memo.

You build the rocket, prep it for launch, then launch it. The Gestapo doesn't even know about it until it's in space. And if they catch on before you light the fire, you get all the paperwork and red tape, then delay and delay and delay until it's ready for launch and then do it anyway.

Yeah, they're going to fine you and make you miserable, but if you're smart, you have all your assets hidden so they get squat.

It's crazy to have to go to such lengths, but no crazier than having to ask the goobermint for permission to live.

A former Google employee and a former Apple employee joined forces to form Swarm Technologies. Business is located in Pasadena, Ca.

The size of the satellites is four by four by one inch, with extensible whip antenna. The included radar retro-reflectors were determined to be insufficient for assured ability to track for the purpose of determining an intersecting orbit. The evaluation determined a redesign was in order due to safety considerations for manned and other equipment in space, which could maneuver to dodge known and tracked devices and debris.
