Both. More accurately, Obama was the classic useful idiot. He was purposely groomed to capture high office and then be used to destroy the country from within.
Obama succeeded beyond his handlers' wildest dreams. Though he took their direction, not much was necessary. An illegal alien, Muslim, Marxist, America-hater, he took every opportunity to damage America and western civilization. His only challenge was to avoid impeachment. And with the support of legions of enemies within, that was easy.
There is no question, Obama was and is both a Russian agent and an idiot. But he's not the first Russian agent as president.
Bill Clinton definitely preceded him in that capacity. He was recruited by the Soviet Union while a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford (a program he did not complete). He was a sleeper agent until reaching high office. Then he was activated. When the Soviet Union collapsed he was handed off to Communist China. But he also kept his ties to Russia. When viewed in that light, all of his and Hillary Clinton's actions make perfect sense.
Usually you don't need to see a skunk to know it's there. In the cases of Obama and both the Clinton's, their treason stunk up everything in plain sight. And no one did anything about it!
