Looking at the portrait itself, I’m also gonna go with the artist isn’t all that and it shows.
Frankly, there are folks on Deviant Art who’d do a much better job for a lot less money than this weed patch of a painting probably cost.

Bubba’s portrait looks downright normal compared to the freak-show that is Obama’s. The only thing that could make the painting more bizarre is if it was painted on velvet.

The extra finger represents Michelle’s penis and all those flowers are the dresses he wears over his football shoulders to pretend he’s a woman.

Nobody would object them picking black painters, but not this! They should know once the portraits are revealed, a lot of scrutiny would fall on the two "painters". The two portraits would never be a 'resume enhancer' for either one of them.
Inferior quality product on national display. Yes, the Obama 8 years set the race relation back decades......

A “paint by numbers” masterpiece
Wow. Seeing the painting in context with some of the other Presidential paintings really makes the Obama painting look like a freak show. Maybe in a way, it’s a perfect reflection of the Obama Presidency. A bad joke.

They needed black, gay, anti-American “artists”, and this is what they got.
