WATCH: VP Mike Pence’s Amazing Speech Destroyed Palestinian Claims

The media, of course, missed it completely but Mike Pence’s speech the other night was pretty amazing. On the eve of the 70th anniversary of the UN General Assembly vote to offer the Arabs a large chunk of Israel they didn’t deserve, Pence drove a horse and carriage through Palestinian Arab claims to the land of Israel.

We gather today on the eve of a historic anniversary to celebrate what happened here, in this very hall, 70 years ago when the United Nations declared to the modern world an ancient truth, that the Jewish people have a natural, irrevocable right to an independent state in their ancestral and eternal homeland. (Applause.)

This is Zionism: “irrevocable right to an independent state in their ancestral and eternal homeland.” It would be nice if more Jews in America understood this properly let alone the (Christian) Vice President.

The Koran never once mentions the name Jerusalem. Never. Yet the Bible and all historical archeology demonstrate that Jerusalem belongs to the Jews and is their capital city, literally thousands of years of texts and substantiating artifacts.

Anything else discussed about Jerusalem is just noise and political posturing.

There Was Never A Country Called Palestine. If you consider Palestine to be a "Sovereign" and "Independent" country that goes back through most of recorded history as many would have you to believe, then a few questions need to be answered: · When was it founded and by whom?

• · What were its borders?
• · What was its capital?
• · Who was the President?
• · What was its form of government?
• · What were its major cities?
• · What constituted the basis of its economy?
• · Who was the Palestinian leader before Yasser Arafat?
• · Was Palestine ever recognized by a country whose existence, at that time or now, leaves no room for interpretation?
• · What was the language of the country of Palestine?
• · What was the prevalent religion of the country of Palestine?
• · What was the name of its currency and what was the approximate exchange rate of the Palestinian monetary unit against the US dollar, German mark, GB pound, or Japanese yen on any particular date?
• · And, finally, since there is no such country today, what caused its demise and when did it occur?

  If these so-called "Palestinians" are anything but a generic collection of Arabs from all over the rest of the Arab world and if they really have a genuine ethnic identity that gives them right for self-determination, then why did they never try to become an independent and sovereign nation until Arabs suffered their devastating defeat in the Six Day War in 1967?

There was NEVER a country called “Palestine”

Unfortunately there was. Palestine was the brain child of the Emperor Hadrian (the same guy who built the wall in Britain). His hatred for the Jews was consuming and he desired to eradicate their name from the record books, thus he renamed "Judea" to "Palestine" to reflect the roots of the tribal "Philistines" that once roamed the area and were such a thorn in the side of Israel. The vast majority of Philistines had been wiped out or assimilated into Hebrew culture but Hadrian wanted their legacy to dominate.

The modern Palestine is a melting pot of all those that the Arab world has rejected. Yasser Arafat was Egyptian and the majority of those calling themselves Palestinian are ethnic Syrian or Lebanese. They have no binding culture nor historic lineage with which to honor and thus are rabble and the refuse of the Arab world.

Palestine from the word Philistine because Rome knew it was Israel’s hated enemy. Palestine in Hebrew means “invader”.
