Acting US Attorney Steve Myhre and his team have until 12 Noon today (Saturday November 11th) to turn over to defense lawyers any information related to any armed federal officers deployed around Bundy Ranch during the protests that led to the Bunkerville Standoff.
They also have to provide details about the operation of a surveillance camera or cameras by the FBI during the protests in March and April 2014 around Bundy Ranch.
US District Judge Gloria Navarro issued the order Wednesday after the Attorney's office sent documents to defense lawyers mentioning the armed federal officers conducting "surveillance" around Bundy Ranch and a National Park Service employee revealed the FBI live feed from a surveillance camera, with Mr. Myhre offering few details initially about the camera or cameras used.
Judicial activist Larry Klayman has filed a lawsuit alleging prosecutorial misconduct against the Justice Department and FBI including Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher Wray on behalf of Cliven Bundy.......

Sessions is a statist and in favor of reducing Personal Liberty and increasing gov’t control.
This must be getting mighty expensive - I’m sure the attorney’s are not working pro bono.

Correction. Mr. Myhre purposely CONCEALED the existence of the camera by denying its existence in direct response to a discovery question.
What will pop out on Monday is the concealed fact as above, that agents armed with AR-15s at the gate were backed up by agents with fully-automatic M4s, in addition to snipers with bolt action rifles. All concealed by the judge allowing objections to discovery questions from Bundy.
I hope this judge serves time over this. And loses her retirement to defendants in a civil suit. That would be Trump justice.

This is the 2nd Bundy trial. One guy convicted in the 1st trial got a sentence of 68 years......

Matter should have been completely dismissed for Prosecurial Misconduct. Judge’s only choice was to make an order to produce incomplete information by a slim deadline. She will then rule against anything in court. The entire exercise is to coverup. Feds and States Attys do this all the time. Judges rarely dismiss like in Law & Order. They will drag this out for years so the Bundy’s can’t sue them.
