Actually he cannot pardon “anyone”. He can only pardon persons convicted of federal crimes. A governor can pardon persons convicted of state crimes. But within the realm of federal crimes, the President’s powers are very, very broad. He is certainly not limited by “guidelines.”
Not one word from any of them about the good things Trump is doing.
Everything they do is designed to get rid of him.
How did this guy last as long as he did after Trump took office?
