Yes - but only after he’s exhausted his appeals.
I’d like to see him exonerated
The White House said they’s be no pardon, at least tonight.
He hasn’t been sentenced yey, but if he’s sentenced to jail time ... absolutely.
Almost all pardon requests go through the DOJ’s Office of the Pardon Attorney:

Who may be deserving of a pardon is an interesting question. One I have no problem answering as Sheriff Joe over these other two creeps.
However...
Now is not the right moment for a pardon. Arpaio asked the court at least twice for a jury trial. He was denied at every instance. A significant part of his defense is that he relied on the advice of his chief legal counsel regarding how to implement the earlier court’s orders.
The two best arguments he has on appeal are the same two.
First, he was charged with a Federal misdemeanor, contempt of court. I’m given to understand that Federal statute is clear on this; in the charge of Contempt of Court, a defendant can demand, and must be accorded a trial by jury. The judge in this action erred by denying the demand.
Second, an affirmative defense to the charge is that the defendant was relying on the advice of counsel in the interpretation and application of the court’s order.
So, why not wait until the appeal is heard and decided? Might (should) be that a pardon is not needed. And, there would still be time for a pardon, if necessary.
Of course, I’ll defer to the fine legal minds here on FR for confirmation or correction.
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
