I mean, he’s not wrong. It definitely would have an impact on the fan base. The NFL as we know it is going away sooner or later. Why not have it go sooner, in a burst of social-justice glory? Via the IJR:

Money quote from this no talent who somehow amassed a fortune being a pundit:

“Most white people deep down know [Kaepernick] is right,” Bayless opined.

Bayless swallowed the SJW mentality during his time at MSESPN hook, line and sinker.

Because of the concussion business...we are probably within a decade where one state will outlaw football at the high school and college level. At that point, you can figure the NCAA and NFL probably have about ten years left of decent talent and states allowing the sport to be played.

All of those guys who got the hype, glory, and fantastic paychecks after the NCAA...will find it crashing down, and no career back-up plan.

Bottom line NFL Teams do not want their dollars to dry up. Kap’s protesting the U.S. Flag during the game was a distraction of GIGANTIC proportions. Kap’s action caused teams to treat him like kryptonite. So Kap is now Kraptonite. He has the right to protest all he wants and at the same time, the owners have a right to protect their investment all they want. It is like if tell customers during working hours my political stances no matter how polarizing they may be to the customers. My boss would throw me head first out of our building... End of story... No racism here folks, just PURE ignorance on Kaepernick.

Do it, please do it.

Show every single NFL fan out there what they are really paying for.

I have been an NFL fan since I was old enough to recognize a TV. I’ll be doing other things with my time because of this nonsense.

They became so political that they turned this Tom Brady hater into a fan in the second half of last years SB. I enjoyed watching the Twitter twits eat their crow.

There is a guy named Fred Segal who has made a hobby of tracking sports predictions that have proven humorously wrong.

Segal puts Skip Bayless so far at the top of being wrong that he considers exposing Bayless too easy and thus a waste of time.

Segal uses Twitter handle

(@OldTakesExposed)

and his web site is

Fire them, show them it matters, they are not needed and they can find new careers.

Kaepernick and Roger Goodell must go before I put on another NFL game.

And before I watch another game the leftist politics of the NFL must also change

If Kaepernick was a good QB, he would be in training camp somewhere now.

Kapernick is right about... what?

If he disprespects the home team—the US—in the most patriotic sport, the one that gets the fighter flyovers, how could one think he would care about his own football team? He’s all about himself (or his girlfriend’s image of him).

His public position as a team leading QB is part athletic merit (questionable), part PR, part entertainment. He fails on 2 1/2 out of 3.

Hiring him would be like hiring Lena Dunham as head hostess at a Hooters franchise. It would be a bad business decision.

It's amazing how the love of money will skew facts and policy. Boxing, football, cage matches, etc., may be around til Jesus comes ---- IT'S THE MONEY!

Regarding football concussions, science may come to the rescue. I read where they're designing helmets that will reduce concussions. Maybe we'll see future football players wearing NASCAR type harnesses or something similar.

So, if they don’t bring him back the black players will boycott the NFL for a week? BUT - if they do bring him back millions of viewers will boycott for a year. Adios Colin - NFL owners can do the math.

The relationship between white football fans and the segment of FBS and NFL players that come out of thug culture is complicated.

It’s also fragile.

There’s a lot at stake in this Kapernick business - a lot like billions of dollars. And if the CTE story develops as I believe it will, the need for thug recruitment is going to accelerate, because white athletes interest in the game is going to fall.

They didn’t go through with the boycott but decided to play like they were doing one.

At its beginning, the NFL was 90% White. Now it’s 90% Black. Are Black millionaires going to strike and take the risk of losing their very lucrative jobs?

I think whites should sue to have the NFL be representative of the racial makeup of the U.S.
