Strathclyde University sent an email to 650 “multi-cultural” students and staff after janitors complained about “people pooing in bins, showers and the likes” and apparently not knowing there were toilets designed for such personal business.
The memo was emailed last week by the operations management team of the University's state-of-the-art Technology and Innovation Centre (TIC) to its 400 students and staff of 250.

Me too. I had to read the title again to ensure I was reading it right. These European Countries are so dumb allowing these third world terrorists into their country.
The oddest part of the title is the “Top UK University” thing.
The fact that they have to be told that, is mind boggling!
I’ve seen wordless signs instructing people how to properly take a poo. “Do NOT Stand On top of the toilet as you go, be the lid open OR closed!!”
There should be coloring books and contests on learning the fun, new Western rules.
Better tell the immigrants what a "shower" is first!

If they don’t know how to use the toilet properly how can the succeed in college?
The university is disrespecting the diversity and multiculturalism they purported crave. The administrators maybe should be made sensitive by having to use a community toilet in Bangladesh for their sabbaticals.
“Top UK University,” so easy, a caveman can do it.
I worked at a mine in Indonesia for awhile. Me and another guy shared a very nice townhouse while one of the pilots was on vacation. In the downstairs was one of these toilets - but tiled, very nice - almost like a shower. I can’t recall if I knew what it was right away - but if I was, I was told once and never tried taking a shower in it!
OTOH - all of the sit-down toilets in the public areas of the site had a sign above them with the symbol of someone squatting on the toilet crossed out. One would think that the local workers could also be told once - no squatting on the toilet.
Even the college-educated Indonesian engineers were really stupid in many regards.
My wife works near the changing rooms at Target. A recent phenomenon is she is finding, on multiple occasions, clothes in the changing rooms on the floor and pee’d on. WTH?
The toilet I used in a house in Tunisia was just a hole in the concrete floor. Instead of toilet paper, there was a coffee can of water and a stick. Oh yes! There were cockroaches!
Why not post the whole thing?
I guess the U.K. will soon be back to sewage running through the middle of the street and people dumping their chamber pots out the windows. “Gardyloo!”
And when they go ahead and do it anyway; just smack them in the nose with a rolled up newspaper.

I hope someone has set up a collection drive to buy hazmat suits & a vacay for the poor janitors. Just gross beyond words.
