I think the statistics show blacks have done better under Republican administrations than Democrat.
I’ve looked into this in some detail. Blacks like all Americans do better when the American economy is doing better. Adding Obama into the mix, it can probably be said that America does better under Republican administration than Democrat, but there are a lot of other factors, including for example most obviously Congress, but also the business cycle, etc. So blacks did well in the Reagan boom, but also under Clinton in the mid to late 90’s. They didn’t do as well under Bush I or Bush II or Obama.
Democrats “jobs programs” are all about getting more people on the public payroll so that their government employee pals can give them back lots of money into their campaign funds. It’s called patronage. And black poverty keeps blacks voting 90% democrat. Huge national welfare programs begun under democrat Lyndon Johnson destroy the family and the work ethic and also create more government jobs for the poverty pimps.
