No sane person would like the exhibits at the Hirschhorn Museum so there are about 150 MILLION possible suspects, not including the staff and sane art critics.

That’s funny. And true. The nooses could be fake, and will undoubtedly be faked later. If not fake nooses, it’s not real news - just dumb pre-teen jokes, not even defacing property; littering.
Sounds like another hoax. Maybe in the preseason first preseason game some NFL team can run onto the field with every player hanging a noose around his neck.
Maybe it’s art.
