I thought the article said the people using this terminal were screened by the TSA (at the luxury terminal) and then driven to their commercial flights.

Far as I know, Elon Musk and Bill Gates fly on private jets and there is no TSA screening when flying on a general aviation aircraft.

This is exactly how healthcare will end up.

I’m not in the 1%, but I avoid public buses like the plague (literally?). Driving is not as efficient as public transportation, but I value not having to be among the trash. The dividing line is relative — if I had more means, I would raise the criteria. I know people who have “more money than God”, and they eat places I could never afford, but they don’t have to tolerate my worn shoes and home cut hair. If I had the means, I’d buy new shoes, pay $300 for a hair trim, and leave all of you behind!

God bless the free market.

I don't know what they are complaining about. I wouldn't want to pay $7,500, per year plus +

$7,500 is nothing, "Ace," my jet airline captain flies for a group that owns their own jet + a backup! They fly out to ? ("Ace" doesn't fly and tell!) I have a pic of me in the A/C for proof. It's a CRJ-900 set up for executive international flights.

The truly successful call $7,500 a "tip."

"Ace" provides me with a VIP airline membership because families don't have flight privileges with his employers. First Class is OK with me, a simple Navy officer, who backed the "right horse" Ace.

I am not affluent but I can now easily afford to get my hair cut professionally and buy clothes at the clothing store and go to high toned restaurants occasionally, but I spent too many years buying quite fine clothing at yard sales and when I wanted something better to eat, I brought it home and cooked it. I still cut my own hair and use 12 for $1.99 razors which I manage to make last for several weeks each. I can’t see paying money for stuff that I can get cheap. The thought of $100 for me and my wife to eat at The Boar’s Head turns me off. That’s just too much money to pay for a meal. An expensive meal out for me is $11 at Chow Time, the Chinese version of Golden Corral without the long lines.

I don't know what they are complaining about. I wouldn't want to pay $7,500, per year plus $2,700 per domestic flight or $3,000 per international flight .. on top of my ticket, which for these people is probably a $3,000 first class ticket.

Why wouldn't you want to pay that?! That's chicken feed! Right?

Regards,

Make the ‘rich’ ride with the peasants.

Will you still have the same opinion when you become rich?

The 'rich' are the entitled regulators/legislators/bureaucrats who've created an unworkable system that they don't have to live with (see also: healthcare).

Make them live in what they've created and the system will change.
