I’m guessing that unlike the racist Fraud’s administration, few if any lawsuits will “have no standing”.

Pretty flimsy basis for a law suit, just judging from the excerpt.

It also doesn’t make any sense. Restricting religious freedom is atheist idea of fairness because they aren’t religious.

I would just explain that it does favor religious over non-religious, but that does not “establish” a state religion because non-religion does not have a dog in the fight.

What they are claiming is similar to the claim that bra designers favor women over men when designing comfort features.

The Freedom From Religion Foundation filed suit Thursday in federal court against Trump and the Internal Revenue Service, claiming the order is unconstitutional because it makes government favor religion over nonreligion.

Nonreligion is religious doctrine in and of itself.

These atheists are arguing that their own religion takes priority over others and that government must force others to respect it.

They’ll have a liberal judge side with them before the weekend is out

The godless athiests have NO standing, because they don’t have ANY religious beliefs, which is a belief system upon itself.

So these athiests can just sue themselves, because they believe in nothing, which is a belief in something.

Regardless, this has nothing to do with religious freedom, and everything to do with socialist-democrat thugs trying everything they can to turn the US into the 21st century version of the soviet union, or their favorite communist regime, China.

I saw that it was filed in Federal Court, but the article didn’t elaborate beyond that.

It’s almost as if they can’t run him off, and they can’t impeach him, so they’ll neuter the presidency by practicing death by a thousand paper cuts.

Dear Idiot Atheists,

Under Trump’s order, you would still be free to not believe in anything.

The ONLY good thing about an Islamist take over would be watching these POS’s get their heads chopped off.

On the subject of atheists, I believe John Adams said it best: “That’s their problem.”

It does not support religion over non-religion.

Although the executive order applies to all nonprofits, FFRF believes it will be selectively enforced so as to only benefit churches and religious organizations.

FFRF "believes" with no evidence yet? Doesn't that make it blind faith?

That’s a stupid rationale -

Religious groups are already delineated in government and separate from other nonprofit groups. Government already treats religious groups differently than non-religious groups.

In fact it has to because the first amendment SAYS the government has to not interfere with religious groups!

The suit should be thrown out with prejudice.

Atheism is a Religion
Court rules atheism a religion =
http://www.wnd.com/2005/08/31895/

They have Churches
http://firstchurchofatheism.com/

They have their own clergy
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/apr/24/atheist-pastor-canada-gretta-vosper-united-church-canada

As such they should not have any standing to silence the politicals speech of other religions
