The Norks can’t even launch a missile, let alone deliver a warhead. The largest possible test they made was just six month ago and it MAY have been up to 30kt. A 30kt weapon is nothing to sneeze at, and would destroy a small city, but imagining them being able to deliver it - no f-ing way. There is no nuclear threat from the Norks unless they deliver it unconventionally with a slingshot or somesuch silliness.

The Norks would need a couple dozen successfully launched and guided nukes to take out the major cities of countries against them.
A single nuke would just get everyone excited.
