We can attribute the popularization of the term: “Lies, lies, damned lies, and statistics” to the great Mark Twin, who attributed it to British Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli: “There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics.”
That was back in the day before the mainstream media adopted “lies, damned lies, and statistics.” as their own.
MSM leaders, such as the Washington Post and New York Times will never call “Fake News’ what it really is—lies, damned lies and statistics—but their readers certainly can.
Add The Members of Congress to list of those needing to Get a Grip. Why on earth is Congress letting the MSM/Fake News drive their “independent Investigations”. Rush and Hannity are right. They should be investigating the Clintons.
I think the MSM should be renamed ‘Resistance Media’..

These so called journalists are a reprehensible lot. A person’s word is one of the most valuable attributes. Truth is integral and paramount in news. These slime journos lie without any iota of shame. The “fake news” moniker was developed as a tool by the left to discredit conservatives but it has backfired greatly. The dinosaur media is all but dead.
