The other thing you’ll see frequently is Republican photographs are shown with their mouths open and, typically, a stupid expression on their faces. Democrats are shown with mouths closed and looking dignified...(or, dignity optimized...some of them are ugly.) This is non-verbal propaganda. I seldom see Trump in articles with his mouth closed or with a dignified expression. These photographs are obtained by shooting a rapid series while somebody talks. Then, they take the worst of the lot and use that one.
Politico is like the National Enquirer version of the New York Times.

Some of the dirtbags are probably people there still from Bush’s time. Notice how many Bush people criticized Trump during the campaign and now there are still Bush critics going after Trump. They have some ethics guy named Richard Painter (I think his name is) who worked for Bush going after Sessions.
