Reminds me when Hostess fruit pies put on their labels "Made with real fruit". A customer said "this is what it has come to today when Hostess feels it has to sell us that their fruit pies have real fruit in them."

I used to think Scott Pelley was ok until I saw him report the results of Michael Brown’s autopsy. He breathlessly reported that Brown was shot six times but did not comment on whether he was shot in the front or the back. That should have been the most important part of the whole story.

Yeh, they were the first network to get labelled as “fake” news back during the Dan Rather debacle. That’s why we called them “fake but accurate”. It’s the claim they tried to make, though we obviously mean it sarcastically.
