Forget Trump. What did Putin and Rouhani have on obama?

The better question is, what did Putin and Rouhani have on obama?

It's June of 2001. George W. Bush is President. Bush has a meeting with Vladimir Putin and later said

"I looked the man in the eye. I found him to be very straight forward and trustworthy and we had a very good dialogue.

"I was able to get a sense of his soul.

"He's a man deeply committed to his country and the best interests of his country and I appreciate very much the frank dialogue and that's the beginning of a very constructive relationship,"

For that, Bush was roundly derided by democrats. The NY Times piled on in 2007

Ironically, one of barack obama's first actions was to take it up the wazoo and abandon that missile system as an offering to Putin but the NY Slimes did not scold obama for it nor did they ask what Russia had on obama. This came after his famous apology for America tour.

Then Russia became our friend while obama was President. Mitt Romney got an earful from obama in the 2012 Presidential debates when Romney claimed that Russia was our #1 geopolitical foe.

And in that same election cycle obama promised he'd take it up the wazoo again for Putin

“Yeah, I understand,” Medvedev said.

“This is my last election. After my election, I have more flexibility,” Obama added.

“I understand,” Medvedev replied. “I will transmit this information to Vladimir.”

Was there a single democrat who wondered what Russia had on obama?

If the Russians had any hard evidence against Obama they would have used in 2014 when Obama was trying to crush Russia. I’m sure they know lots of stuff and Putin reportedly calls Obama “That homo in the white house” but the fact that nothing was released indicates they don’t have a smoking gun. Russia’s really not rich enough to properly fund the type of spy network they had running during the cold war to get that type of hard evidence.

Secondly, what Obama was about makes more sense if you understand how power in Washington DC works for the leftists. In globalist land shutting down stuff like Missile Defense, wreaking the military, and harming American forces is done because it hurts right wing voters. The bribes that Hillary openly took from nations all over the world was not really bribes as it was tribute with benefits. Nations that didn’t pay up like Libya soon found them self stomped flat. Washington DC is run more like the Mafia for the benefit of the left than a government to protect the America people.

We’re often confused by leftist actions like screwing the farmers in California or destroying working institutions for no gain because it makes no long term sense. But what most of us don’t take into account is the left is only interested in short term gains and harming the people who don’t vote for them. From that perspective every crashing act they do suddenly makes sense.
