Yep, by reversing the wet foot dry foot law cancellation, Trump could solidify the Cuban vote even though most of them already vote right. I’d only do it for a month or two though because with normalized relations with Cuba the need for the law is over with but leaving people stranded in a limbo zone is no good either.
