I think RINOs Boehner, McConnell, Ryan, etc., took great pride in knowing they could HIDE BEHIND THEIR STINKING FULL VOICE MAIL BOXES WHERE WE WERE UNABLE TO LEAVE OUR DISPARAGING REMARKS!
Ryan, McCain, Graham, Collins, McConnell et al usually side with democrats on issues. There is no reason to believe they will shape up and do the right thing now or as long as they continue to hold office as so-called “republicans.” They have consistently shown themselves to be democrat party wannabes, working for the other side.

The Senate will almost certainly block a small number of Trump nominees. Just to prove they are doing something, democrats will (falsely, of course) portray two or three individuals as extreme “even by Trump standards”, and mercilessly destroy their lives and reputations, their wives, their children, their grandchildren, and their pets. That’s the caring thing to do, by democrat standards, and it will be reported as compassionate and reasonable.
Name one and then be prepared to put your money where your predictive mouth is.
'Almost certainly' means none, and I will bet as soon as you name the person and the amount.
I don't think their choice will have anything to do with facts or serious objections. They will just pick a target and tear that person apart to show that they are doing something. It's the political equivalent of "round up the usual suspects", going through the motions to make their audience happy. From the rumblings, it might be Senator Sessions for a start, or they might find a better target. I don't approve, and I think it's petty (as we all expect from liberals), but I expect a few innocent patriots to be targeted for personal destruction.

I don’t think Schumer is going to be as problematic as he is pretending to be. Schumer is a big Israel supporter. He just can’t look TOO cooperative. McConnell is showing he’s chosen a side with his McCain / Graham rebuke.
It ain’t going to happen. All the nominees will be confirmed. Trump will have all of them for lunch if they tried.
