A watchdog group contends that even though former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton lost the election, the American public still has a right to know the contents of her official emails from her time as secretary of state under President Barack Obamas first term.
Judicial Watch maintains that it has won a major court ruling from the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia in a case that would require Secretary of State John Kerry to seek the help of the Attorney General in recovering Clintons additional emails.
Chris Farrell, who serves as director of Research and Investigation at Judicial Watch, is confident that the email scandal is not going away anytime soon.
"We're going to get to the bottom of this, Farrell assured. It doesn't matter whether the public's attention has shifted to something else, [and] it doesn't matter because Mrs. Clinton wasn't elected. That's not what we're asking about. Those records belong to the American public and we're going to fight to get them back."
Farrell also insists that all of these questions that are being asked in this civil proceeding could reveal information that incoming Attorney General Jeff Sessions may be compelled to act on.
"The national security crimes that Mrs. Clinton committed, those of the circle around her people like Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills there's a national security crime involved, Farrell argued There [are] serious fundraising questions concerning the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative their supposed charities which are really just money-laundering operations and influence-buying rackets."
Furthermore, Farrell points out that it is quite possible that once they take office, incoming President Donald Trump and Attorney General Sessions could expedite the release of many government documents being sought by Judicial Watch.
Why can’t The Donald get Pooty-Poot to release the Russian copies?
Two chances of that... Little and None.
LOCK HER UP!
LOCK HER UP!
LOCK HER UP!
1/2 The Greatest Crime Couple in the history of this great republic roams free. How long can this degradation, disrespect and devolution continue?
Drop the hammer on Hillary.
If Hillary is prosecuted for the email/money laundering/influence peddling email scandal, then it is going to go to Hussein Obama's court also.
Lock her up is going to mean lock him up too. There are lots of hers involved and their are lots of hims. Once the can of worms is opened, it will likely spread throughout Washington, both Rebubs and Demonrats are going down.
I wonder if Effin’ Kerry understands why he needs to use a secure server.
It’s like the Watergate burglary — the most insignificant part of which was the actual Watergate burglary.
This stuff generally bears a lot of fruit when the media decides to hype it (as they did with Watergate) and they won’t do that with Hillary and Obama, but still — once the beans begin to spill, I see jailtime for a lot of people, whether the media likes it or not.
Couple more weeks now and sneaky, slippery bitch hillary will be indicted!
Start with Mrs. Doubtfire, AKA David Brock. He is the weakest link in the chain of democrat corruption. Get him to talk first. Sweat the rest of them.
Stake these two bloodsuckers once and for all or we’re going to regret it. Mark my words.
