Voter fraud in Detroit naaaaaah.....In this case "no recount" may equal "protecting Democrat fraud."
In a way, Michigan is a bit like California. Urban centers vote heavily for Democrats, but the rest of the state has a tendency to break for Republicans. This means a large swath of the population is, at least politically, held hostage by a few failing, very left-wing, cities. This year, the Mitten went red for the first time since 1988, but desperate Dems were hoping Jill Stein’s ridiculous recount could “find” enough votes to tip the scales in their favor.
Now we have word that much of the State’s bluest area - Wayne County, home of the City of Detroit - will probably not even be included in the recount. Blame those pesky ballots…
The problem is with the people in control of these precincts, not the ballots..

If there are more votes counted by the machines than actual ballots, this indicates voter fraud and the effort needs to turn in that direction. Where is the AG on this?

Another plus for real paper ballots. Fraud may not be eliminated, but it can be more easily discovered.

Michigan law states original vote counts must stand in precincts where the recorded number of counted ballots doesn’t match 100% with the number of physical ballots. If the discrepancy is even one different, the precinct can’t be recounted.
TIme for the State’s to exercise the Plenery responsibility for electors. DO away with direct voting for electors and have them selected by the legislature.
So we need a recount to find voter fraud but when we find an inconsistency that might be voter fraud we don’t look at it? Sure, that makes sense.
No, with those precincts they will go with the vote total they certified before the recount
That means Hillary keeps thousands of machine votes created when ballots were repeatedly fed into the scanner creating more machine votes than ballots
If they reduced the vote count to the actual number of ballots, then she’d lose thousands of votes
So I doubt if she’ll pursue this
Subtract all of the fraudulent absentee ballots, and votes made illegally by non-citizens from that number.

Gotta love it! The Democrats fraud scheme has been exposed - more votes than ballots (I wonder how many times they put the same ballot through the machines?). The Rats have to really be pissed at Stein for exposing their fraud (which we knew was occurring but never could prove). HA...
