Correction: President and V.P. will be of the same party barring highly unusual circumstances.
In previous elections, I seem to recall it being around Dec 4-7.
Would you happen to know who selects the specific date the Electoral College meets, and on what date it was decided?
Is it a part of the Congressional Record?
