An EPA official declared that if an amoeba could swim across a drop of water, that was a ‘navigable waterway’.

So I guess my toilet is the equivalent of the Pacific Ocean.

Dang, when glowbull warming kicks in fully, the rise of my toilet water will overflow and drown me in my sleep.

I am scared.

Retain only the original 4 Departments.
State.
Treasury.
War.
Attorney General.

Unfortunately, we need a dictator to do the necessary. The Agencies must be abolished totally and their employees not retained. Those eligible for retirement should get their retirement. The rest should be simply “let go.” It is a job. It should not have more separation perks that you would get when terminated from the Jiffy Mart.

We used to be collectively intelligent enough to either ignore or institutionalize the crazies among us. We would never ever take them seriously. Now we put them in charge of our government.

Can you imagine if all the alphabet agency employees suddenly hit the job market needing real jobs? It would be more entertaining than anything hollyweird has put out in the last 15 years just watching those idiots trying to “work.” I wouldn’t hire them. Except maybe once for entertainment purposes to till mini-mountains in my garden.

Those eligible for retirement should get their retirement.

Why not social security like the rest of us get? I have no knowledge of where funds for gubmint retirement come from but if we are rearranging the gubmint wouldn't "their" funds provide a little help for the flailing social security funds?

Surprisingly, it is not satire. Link to senate report stating all that was listed in the article and more.

No need. The individual states have the the ability and responsibility for this. The FedGov is not needed. Disband it entirely.

Okay, didn't know that. Back to the states and disband EPA, plus about 20-30 other Federal bloated bureaucracies.

I dream of the day we have a downsized Federal government, just the basics, Defense, Coinage and a few other areas. Turn the rest back to the states.

EPA contractor operating under orders from an EPA field manager did the deed. The evidence presented against entering the mine tunnel at it’s lowest point was ignored.

Afterwards, they considered all the aspects of the failure, then declined to prosecute the one of their own with poor judgement.
