Clinton Foundation corruption runs deep in access peddling, its management absorbing lessons by sitting at the feet of a master manipulator. For decades, George Soros set the standard for entrenching philanthropic agencies in governmental policy development overseas. After years of perfecting methods of infiltration into foreign politics, he turned his full attention onto his adopted country, one to which he emigrated with an eye to influence, undermine and engineer government for personal gain—under the guise of social justice, of course.
Assisting the collapse of administrations in former Eastern Bloc countries, the Open Society Institute maneuvered itself into replacement educational, environmental and economic policy. All of it was done dangling grants of millions of dollars as the prize for following OSI guidelines in rebuilding schools, social structure and bureaucracies. In Romania alone, local press identified his back-stage involvement in deposing Nicolae Ceauçescu. Destabilizing nations then moving into the shambles with handouts to the devastated communities, all with strings attached, has been the Soros modus operandi in more than 50 countries. This is part of the OSI mission:

Clinton’s view of charity is old fashioned — “Charity begins at home”. She gives to herself and her family first and foremost. She has no shame. She operate on the same “principle” as those tele-preachers who beg funds from the elderly and the poor and drive around in limosines and live in lavish, walled mansions.
The Clintons don't give money to anyone not named Clinton. Over the past nine years, the Clintons gave just under $16 million to charity, which is 10.8 percent of their total income. The vast majority of that — about $15.8 million went to the Clinton Family Slush Fund, oops, I mean Foundation.
The fundamental fallacies of the “charitable” Clinton Foundation is that, as a principal of the foundation
- Hillary Clinton gets to define “charity,” and,
- Hillary Clinton gets the credit (if such accrues, as it must to qualify as a charity) for good works funded by foreign governments.
Consequently, for Hillary as Secretary of State to be a principal in the Clinton Foundation put her directly in violation of the stricture
- Article 1 Section 9:
- No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state
The Evil that walks amongst us never gives up, well, some walk, some still use broomsticks..
