The editorial board of the Boston Globe loves Hillary Clinton and would never do anything to harm her. Nevertheless, it is having a tough time making believe it swallows her lies or the lies the paper itself tells in defending the Clinton Foundation.
In fact, they are so concerned about the problem the Clinton Foundation is causing Hillary Clinton’s campaign to be our next president that they have warned her to mend her ways. This, of course, is like telling a lion to stop eating everything in sight. The Clintons are criminals who see only dollar signs in the world around them. They will never reform.
To soften the blow to Hillary’s ego the Globe mentions all the good things the Clinton Foundation does. Before it prescribes a fix for the problem of every interested party concluding that the Foundation is a fraud, the Globe says it has “supported relief in Haiti.”
If they cared to do any journalism, in a few seconds they would have discovered the Clinton Foundation used the disaster in Haiti to set up a money laundering scheme that cheats the people and funnels money back to them. Other Clinton Foundation initiatives have been proved to be nothing more than show business or kick-backs.
Notwithstanding these non-achievements, the Globe then gets to the heart of its problem with the Clinton Foundation by remarking, “It[the Foundation] also provided posts or paychecks for some members of the Clinton political team, like Cheryl Mills, Douglas Band, and Huma Abedin and afforded the former president a platform and travel budget. Many of the Foundation’s donations come from overseas including from foreign governments with troubling human rights records.

The Left now starting to revolt against the Clinton Foundation (they're already starting to clamor for the Clintons NOT to hold the Foundation's annual gathering this year!). The major fear among the Left is that there could be a major link between the Clinton Foundation and 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB), not a good idea given the gigantic controversy of 1MDB staffer Jho Low embezzling over US$755 million in money from 1MDB and sending a good chunk of it to the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation (another foundation now under scrutiny for the way it works and the shockingly hedonistic fundraisers it holds) and to fund the movie Wolf on Wall Street, which starred DiCaprio and directed by Martin Scorsese.

Bill Clinton and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had been active players in the country before the quake, but would assume almost total managerial control over the recovery effort via the State Department and the Clinton Foundation.
As Peter Schweizer documents in his book, "Clinton Cash," Digicel received millions in U.S. tax dollars from USAID, an agency overseen by the State Department, as part of the Haiti Mobile Money Initiative. The program was designed to establish a mobile money-transfer system that would allow individuals to send donations directly to friends and relatives in Haiti.
The State Department's "USAID Food for Peace" program, which was under the direct control of Hillary Clinton’s top aide Cheryl Mills, benefited Digicel.....to administer money transfers over its mobile network. Haitians received cell phones and a free Digicel account.
Digicel received grants courtesy of U.S. taxpayers, and collected millions in fees from Haitians every time they used the system, and significantly expanded its user base.
By 2012, Digicel had captured nearly 80 percent of the Haitian mobile phone market, and Haiti had surpassed Jamaica as the company’s most profitable market. Revenues were up 14 percent compared to 2011, and Digicel’s subscriber base increased by almost 30 percent during that period. O’Brien, who holds a 94 percent stake in the privately owned firm, continued to rake in cash. In 2014 alone, O’Brien awarded himself $650 million worth of dividends.

BACKSTORY Secy Hillary poured billions of our tax dollars into dirt-poor, earthquake-ravaged Haiti as Bill put on his "do-good" act. But Haitian Americans protested the Clinton Foundation offices say dirt-poor Haitians never got a dime...all of the tax dollars have been laundered into the foundation.
REALITY CHECK In some Haitian mountain villages there's no electricity (maybe generators for a few hours), no water, no septic, etc. - but dirt-poor Haiti does have cell-phone coverage.
Reading the many stories of Clinton "do-goodism" in Haiti....he is invariably standing before a Digicel sign. You can bet your bottom dollar the Clintons get a cut of that action.

Possibly a foreign source. The Swiss come to mind, especially if Clinton Foundation funds were processed through Swiss banks (including many banks that have no presence in the USA so they can’t be investigated by US banking authorities).
