Bless you for adopting a rescue dog/bc. You can only imagine what Jet’s prior life was like; you take that risk with a rescue. I think of him essentially homeless at the shelter, or wherever—and then he got you, and vice versa. Jet couldn’t have hoped for better!

He really does sound like an unusual BC. Even though I have lost a couple of exceptional, wonderful dogs, I still can’t imagine how much you miss him. A dog like that gets into your heart, and leaves a hole when he’s gone. I will keep praying for you. After I lost my Sheltie, Rumor, I thought my heart would never mend. Yet in time it did.
