I think it may be because the government is repatriating them into small town America. Very suddenly my town’s population of different ethic people multiplied so much that it couldn’t have been by chance. It was too much too fast. I have no problem with citizens moving where they want and when they want. I do have a problem with the government doing it.

You have to know that when you try parking within the loop on the street and the meters ask for a debit card you are in trouble.
The millionaires I know are leaving because:
1. Property taxes are insane
2. They are getting old and selling off their businesses
3. Running a business is getting too risky
4. Running a business is getting too unprofitable
5. Crime is rampant and they truly fear for their safety
6. The politics is too extreme left-wing
7. Cities just are not much fun
8. Their friends all live in nicer places too
Because the rats for years have created a festering boil on the a## of society that is about to burst
