The rise of Donald Trump causes an outbreak of Sarah Palin Derangement Syndrome
Houston Politics Examiner ^ | March 18, 2016 | Mark R. Whittington

Thursday, the rise of Donald Trump as a malignant political force was the cause of an outbreak of Sarah Palin Derangement Syndrome in the mind of a writer from Chicago named Steve Chapman. Chapman draws a direct line between Trump becoming the frontrunner for the Republican presidential nomination and the rise of Palin as a political force of nature when she was selected as John McCain’s running mate in 2008. Palin, you see, is simply Trump in a skirt, something that may be hard for the rest of us to imagine, despite the fact that the lady from Alaska has endorsed and even campaigned for the mercurial real estate tycoon and reality TV star.

I like Sarah, but I don’t want to see her on the ticket

I do.

I am sort of glad she did not run for the presidency this time, because I would even have supported her over Trump, and I don’t think she would have won.

But Trump is aggressive, and right, and strong. I would really, really, really like to see the two of them as the ticket.

She won’t be. Trump has implied he may make her Energy Secretary and she says it will be a short term job as she plans to shut it down. So its all good.

She’s too much of a political target, but let her be one of Trump’s appointed czars (Interior?) - Dems in Senate won’t be able to do squat to stop it and will go nuts

All I’m saying is I am solidly for Palin.

100%. Completely.

I was for Palin before McCain picked her for his VP candidate when he ran.

She is a special politician. She can run a very strong VP candidate. Very very strong.

She has been completely vetted last time.

I believe she is the single, strongest VP candidate in the entire party.

I do.

I think President Trump should appoint her CZAR to Protect the People from Dishonesty and Bias in the Press!

Has there ever been two people on the political scene so hated by EVERYBODY except PATRIOTS? Just look at Free Republic. Or "conservative media." Or "talk radio" Or cable news.

EVERYONE hates Trump EXCEPT UNITED STATES OF AMERICA PATRIOTS.

The power of the press and PDS.

Ask anyone who said "I can see Russia from my bedroom window" -- see what their answer is, and it's almost 100% incorrect.

PS. the real answer is Tina Fey...:^)

These people are like the evil when they see the cross. They’ve been allowed to push us all around for so long they don’t want someone who knows their number and will hold their feet to the fire.
