“Why would any Trump supporter be giving money to the NRSC in the first place?”
Here is how it works.
They wouldn’t and there are links in the article to show you how the scam works. You take a pres poll on FB, usually. Then the emails start...one even came from “Donald”...they don’t disclose that they DO NOT EVER GIVE $$$ Trump, but they make you believe that’s where it goes while they sell you their bogus ‘Trump gear’ etc. The RNC ran one scam for actual contributions that Trump raised hell about. http://towncriernews.blogspot.com/2016/02/the-rnc-is-corrupt-and-out-to-destroy.html
A pic of their polls that suck you in, how they get Trump supporters on a list to con is here: http://towncriernews.blogspot.com/2015/12/more-gopnrcc-dirty-tricks-and-ted-cruz.html
Are you dense? NRSC is NOT giving any $$$ to Trump after making them think they support him! Cruz and likely Rubio are getting $$ meant to support Trump. IF you don’t understand this, you don’t WANT to understand it!
Are Trump devotees so stupid they don’t know Trump isn’t running for the SENATE? Why would any intelligent person donate to an organization that clearly states what their purpose is, and that purpose does not include your guy?
Never mind, I just answered my own question.
“Point to some evidence that the NRSC has donated to Ted Cruz for President. There is none.”
The fundraiser by NRSC is shown in the post! There is plenty of proof, but that won’t matter to you.

THAT is the problem...you answer your own questions with nothing but the noise in your heads!
Listen! THE NRSC does NOT tell you when you get the emails that it is from them...it appears to be from the TRUMP campaign.
‘
I have never seen so many blockheaded, BLIND people!
It is TERRIFYING that you vote!
I’m outta here before I get kicked out for telling what I really think.
KILL THE MESSENGER!
IDIOTS!
Ted’s a puppet for the globalists and for the CFR. They run his strings and work with Glenn Beck maybe Mark Levin. These guys all lost their way when Trump came along.
Well, anyone, even an Establishment ‘leaner’, should be smarter than to send money to the NRSC or the House version of it. OR the RNC.
Anyone who sends money to any of those grifters and looters is too dumb to vote anyway.
I figured it out 20 years ago and quit sending money to anyone but individual candidates.
And after the Thad Cochran Debacle even the low-info voters should have figured it out.
Do you mean facts like the NRSC is helping Cruz pay off his Goldman Sachs loans? The ones that he has already paid off, himself?
And even if the grifters at NRSC are scamming Trump supporters, I still can’t figure out why they would be funneling money to Cruz who they hate, rather than Rubio who they know they can always control
It says real clearly that it is not authorized by any candidate. That would be a big clue.
Exactly
The NRSC helps any Republican senator who wins to retire debt. As far as I can tell the NRSC used all the candidate’s likeness to try and raise money (your own links lead to Fiorina gear) for senatorial campaigns until Trump threatened to sue. Whatever was raised by the NRSC was a pittance to their total expenditures and thus what benefitted Cruz is even more paltry. I suppose Cruz could ask the NRSC how much money they raised off Trump’s face, then find out what percentage that is of their total intake, then find out what percentage of their total intake was spent organizing his debt retirement events, then cut Trump a check for the $122 that turns out to be.
I think the NRSC tactics are wrong and I think Trump was right to tell them to pound sand on principle. In reality this is nothing but an issue between the NRSC (of which Cruz has had no control since Jan. 2015) and Trump. Other than that this whole thing is nothing more than a yawn.
FYI....More sources for NRSC scamming Trump supporters while giving the donations to Ted Cruz

Senate Republicans Fundraise Off of Im With Trump Holiday Swag After Bashing Trump Last Month http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2015/12/senate-republicans-fundraise-off-of-im-with-trump-holiday-swag-after-bashing-trump-last-month/
Even though the Republican establishment fundraising group privately calls leading GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump a misguided missile who is subject to farcical fits and advises candidates to emulate but not tie themselves too closely to Trump, the National Republican Senatorial Committee is still soliciting donations using Trumps name as a motivator to contribute.
A holiday-themed email from the NRSC went out this week offering an Im with Trump! car magnet for a minimum donation of $10 The email was forwarded to The Gateway Pundit, from a recipient who wishes to remain anonymous, with the message, These (expletives) are raising money off Trump as they stab him in the back!.
The fundraising off of Trump shows the NRSC recognizes the strong support Trump has with the Republican base, if not the elites in party power circles like the NRSC.[snip]
Senate Republicans Proclaim Im With Trump To Raise Money

Earlier this week, the Washington Post reported that the National Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee (NRSC) had concerns about the impact of Donald Trumps candidacy on the 2016 GOP Senatorial candidates. But, at the same time, the NRSC wants its 2016 Senate candidates to figure out how to capitalize on the Trump phenomenon. Turns out, one way the NRSC has chosen is to raise money from the Trump brand: [snip]
