Hillary Clinton’s Clinton Foundation mega millions not born in the USA

They could not have pulled it off so behind-the-scenes easily were it not for Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State at the time it went down as noiselessly as the Titanic

Hillary Clinton’s country of birth is not under the microscope of the ‘birthers’, and most tragically, nor is Canada, the country of the birth of her Clinton Foundation mega millions.

2016 Democrat hopeful Clinton was not, like the currently beleaguered Senator Ted Cruz, born in Canada, but it is documented fact that the Clinton Foundation was both born and nurtured to maturity in the Land of the Maple Leaf.

We hear on an almost daily basis about the ongoing Hillary email scandal; the recent resurrection, courtesy of Donald Trump, of Bill Clinton’s amorous exploits; how Hillary thinks it necessary for the next U.S. president to be female, but little of the Obamaesque scandal that is really propelling Madam Clinton back to the White House.

Ted Cruz is entirely innocent of any taint of the Clinton Family Foundation funds.

But the fund itself should be the center of a RICO statute investigation, and how decisions made by the State Department under the incumbency of Herself were related to the source and transfer of funds to the Clinton Family Foundation.

At the very least this should earn Herself incarceration in the Colorado Supermax facility.

May Herself never see the earth’s horizon again.

Article 1 Section 9:
No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state
All talk of a quid pro quo is unnecessary - unless Hillary can prove that there is none. I.e., if she can prove a negative she might be OK. But Congress did not explicitly approve any - let alone every one of - foreign honoraria for Bill or foreign contributions to the Clinton Foundation. Accordingly it is as if the POTUS were to claim the right to keep a gift from the King of Saudi Arabia. No go.

Well, Clinton was Sec of State and her area of influence was in the Foreign Policy arena not domestic policy so the only significant Pay for Play bribes she accept were foreign policy related.

IMHO, the speaking fees and tax exempt foundation scams used by President Clinton are a major abuse of power and transparent way for Special interest groups, especially foreign special interests to legally provide reimbursed, quid pro quo cash payments for political favors and services rendered while in office.

The process has completely gotten out of control when an ex President like Bill Clinton can rake in 2 BILLION in cash contributions for speaking fees and Tax Exempt contributions to Charitable Foundations that are little more than thinly disguised personal slush funds

The abuses of the system have become so severe and blatant that there probably needs to be some laws written to curb the abuses and corruption
