Unbelievable! I was watching a great video on YouTube as a result of reading this article posted on FR: Mid-East Prophecy Update - January 10th, 2016 . The video is essentially a "prophecy" sermon by Pastor J.D. Farag of Calvary Chapel Kaneohe, Hawaii from yesterday, 1/10/16 addressing current events in the middle east, Israel, America, Europe and the rest of the world. (Very, very interesting!) Lot's of info about Islam, etc. Also addresses guns.

At the 22:30 minute mark Pastor J.D. Farag begins to talk about Matt Bracken's "Tet, Take Two: Islam's 2016 European Offensive". He says it is "a must read article" and references the Gates of Vienna website several times. Discussion of Matt's article ends at about the 27:00 minute mark.

Again, I highly recommend the entire video!

BTW, Calvary Chapel, in my opinion, is a pretty rock solid Bible preaching and teaching "denomination. If you're looking for a good local church to attend, give them a look. It's 2016, time is growing short. Get "right" with God, or get "left" behind.

Come quickly, Lord Jesus! Because the world is rapidly going to hell, figuratively and literally.

Don’t understand the comparison with Tet, which was a huge defeat for the NVA and Vietcong but portrayed as a victory for them by the MSM.

In the TET offensive, it was estimated that 75% of VC (who the North used to spearhead guerrilla attacks in the South) were killed or wounded and their command structure destroyed. They were eliminated as an independent fighting force.

Europe is hardly at that stage with their own invaders.

the Tet offensive was a new methodology to guerrilla warfare. It’s surprise and multi-faceted approach caught the SV
Army and US Army off guard. Yes, it ended in failure...sort of. It depends on from whose vantage point you are looking.

From the perspective of military campaign success it ended in failure as the SV and US armies ramped up and crushed them. From the perspective of the NVA they were able to administer a blow to the SV Army and the US, it also eliminated the VC as a competitor for power. A two-fer.

I read Matt’s essay. I don’t disagree with him. I see the comparison with TET regarding infiltration, but this is a civilizational war.
