Pope Francis sure does say a lot of strange things. I donât think that any other Pope throughout history has ever called Christmas a âcharadeâ or has suggested that for many people this Christmas âmay be their lastâ. What in the world would cause Pope Francis to adopt such an ominous tone? Without a doubt, the leader of the largest religious organization in the entire world would be privy to information that would not be available to ordinary people like you and I.
Could it be possible that he is aware of something that is coming that is going to dramatically change life on this planet? What we do know is that our world is becoming increasingly unstable. World War III threatens to erupt in the Middle East at any time, the number of terror attacks around the globe continues to increase, earthquake activity continues to rise, giant cracks are opening up in the ground all over the world, and we are rapidly plunging into a brand new global financial crisis. There is certainly a lot to be concerned about, but what would make the Pope so glum that he would actually call Christmas a âcharadeâ?

Is there a LOT of altar wine missing?
"Their last" because global warming (as proven conclusively by the above) is going to kill people off?
It might be that he knows something the rest of us don’t. Or it also might be that he’s just a senile old lunatic.
Merry Charade, Pope Francis!
The Pope has a point. Between now an next year, a lot of people will die (natural causes, accidents, crime, war, etc.) So, for them, this will be their last Christmas.
He means that Christians who have money and give gifts are doing a bad thing, and that they should give their money to those who have nothing.
Like all leftists, he is obsessed over the fact that some people have more money than others.
Most people die within six months of their birthday.
So party like it’s 1999!
I always enjoy watching the Macy’s Christmas Day charade ...
“...giant cracks are opening up in the ground all over the world...”
Show me the pics, or it didn’t happen!
I'd like to think the Pope is talking about the almost obscene commercialization of our religious beliefs, replaced by a secular celebration that even people who don't believe in God can celebrate as Santa Claus Day, so their kids don't feel left out.
As far as the statement about Christmas being their last, that's obviously true, a lot of people will die in the next 12 months, so enjoy it while it lasts.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!

You can look up the one in Wyoming that just took out a mountain too.
And a 5-year old girl from an immigrant family ran up to the pope, said some nice things, and gave the pope a letter. Then we found out later that this meeting had been planned weeks in advance.
Now that was a charade! Christmas is not.
This world is not my home, I'm just passing through.
My treasures all laid up somewhere beyond the blue.
The Angels beckon me from heavens open door.
and I can't feel at home in this world any more.
Because of Christ I'm ready if I don't make it to this Christmas!
He’s dreadful, pay no attention to him. Hopefully he’ll be replaced by a Catholic soon.
The Pope is a charade.
Will, I’m not the Pope but it was felt Thanksgiving was the last Americans would ever see it again. Next year’s Independence Day is still uncertain as to whether or not we’ll be given the opportunity to celebrate. Happy trails!
and that they should give their money to those who have nothing.
No They should give their money to the church! /sarc
