I'm an old FART so i'll probably not see the result but do you think we will survive our first Black President as a Nation?
Sure. We’re survivors and this country is all about second chances.

If there is one American alive on Jan. 20, 2017, Obama will consider himself a failure.
He does NOT plan to let his term dribble away, and turn the government over to any Republican.
It is doubtful that we will long survive. The creature you point to is merely a symptom of a terrible inward rot. The rot is what is killing us; egalitarianism, baby murder, sodomy, drug addiction, divorce, weird music, art and theater, an invasion of people who have come to sack and in large numbers, excessive pity for worthless creatures. The list of vice goes on and on. Yes, we are dying. It is possible we can recover but not probable.
It is NOT his “blackness” that’s killing this nation.
It is his Marxist ideology and hatred for America.
He is our plague for turning our backs on God, through abortion, homosexuality, and our assorted cultural ills.
To recapture a free America requires returning to God.
It’s possible, but I don’t see that happening without some jarring catastrophe.

I’m an optimist and I believe in America and the strength and resolve of my countrymen. America will survive the Kenyan usurper. Then again, JESUS might return pretty soon and it won’t matter.
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to an electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince.. The republic can survive a Barack Obama. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.
The Nation may survive but the republic is dead.
The only chance for the republic is an Article Five convention and the chances of one being called are slim
The thought has occurred to me that we are getting the leadership and the destiny we deserve.
We have known that Planned Parenthood was murdering unborn children. We may not have known the
extent of their depravity but we cannot excuse ourselves for not rising up.
We are just as responsible as the Germans were for the evil that occurred on their watch.
I hope for the best for our country and pray we reverse the evil in our society and our government.
I pray we restore our relationship with Israel and stop endorsing and funding Planned Parenthood and enforce laws

I’m afraid your post is accurate. It would be possible if we had some organized resistance. Once I had thought this thing called the “Republican Party” was the organized resistance, but I have been relieved of that notion since last November.
I still have hope, but if the nation is inaugurating another democrat or a Jeb Bush in 2017, that hope will vanish.
You are right about the “inward rot” in our society. A large chunk of younger people (under thirty) seem to be devoid of not only manners and intelligence, but spirituality and the merest care toward other people outside of their immediate circle. I am by no means talking about all of the people in that age group, but there is something very lacking in many of them.

I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.
