For many, Hillary Clinton’s most recent scandal regarding the use of a non-government server for her personal email accounts while conducting highly sensitive and confidential government business may come as somewhat of a revelation in terms of the enormous publicity she has received given the potential consequences that may ensue from her actions, including but not limited to her being indicted on a criminal offense.
For some, especially the young and the innocent, Clinton may, in fact, be looked upon as a dignified matriarch – a crossover between a grande dame and the next coming of a political guardian angel for women in America. For many others, an elder coterie of more savvy political zealots, including some habitué political aficionados, like me, who have followed the woman’s path going back to her Wellesley College days circa 1969, our image of Clinton comes as quite a different variety, to wit, as our own modern-day version of Bonnie of the famed 1930s outlaws Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, as does that of husband Bill, who also comes as a consummate match of Clyde in this, our contemporary rendition of semblances between both these two outlaw couples.
I don’t think so. With good reason: there are serious national security implications of running what amounted to an unsecured email server.

It’s entirely in the hands of 0bama, frankly. I think at dead minimum he keeps this dangled over her head ad infinitum; maybe she just has a nervous breakdown and retires to the Minnesota Home for the Bewildered. Or, if she sees that 0bama puts his thumb enough on the Biden side of the scale and she has a sudden medical something and bows out.
IMO, ultimately she medicals out and avoids any prosecution.
Hillary will suffer from her email scandal, and she might be sent to federal prison for women.
I hope you’re right and I’m wrong, but history indicates bad things don’t happen to the Clintons.

Not exactly. The next administration just may get around to slowly putting the screws to the criminals in this one.
Particularly if it is a Trump or Cruz administration. Imagine it as a slow replay of the “Bush’s fault” refrain from this administration and its familiars - this time with conviction(s).
Under nearly any other circumstance I would agree, but because in involves the Clintons, it'll all run aground when the FBI determines its investigation results were "inconclusive." The advantage the Clintons have that few others do is dozens of people who will throw themselves into the path of an onrushing train to spare them culpability. Somewhere in the Clinton cabal is an underling being prepped for accepting the blame for any improper transmission, receipt and handling of classified information during Hillary's tenure as SoS.
Like it or not, that's an unfortunate wrinkle in America's system of "justice." People of vast influence like the Clintons are simply above the law. They act with impunity while others pay the price. Yes, it's abhorrent and unjust, but it's how things operate in this country.
For a while, Hillary will be smacked around politically, but remember -- Americans, with their gnat-like attention span, with forget all about this in the coming months. If anything, she'll become more popular as she'll be seen as a "survivor."
Nope. The Clintons are above the law. She will pay no price other than a temporary political one.

Color me highly skeptical that a new admin will go after anything from a previous admin. It’s very “irregular”, I would say, though not impossible. Especially if HRC strategically withdraws and slinks away. She’ll face nothing. 85+% odds.
