I don’t mind harsh rhetoric toward authoritarian figures when necessary. That would be good.
However, I do wish Donald would improve his vocabulary. “Dummy” and “stupid” and “moron” are not particularly impressive insults. Trump just isn’t very good at it.
Something more Churchillian:
Lady Astor to Churchill “Winston, if you were my husband I would flavour your coffee with poison.”
Churchill: “Madam, if I were your husband, I should drink it.”
Bessie Braddock to Churchill “Winston, you’re drunk!”
Churchill: “Bessie, you’re ugly, and tomorrow morning I shall be sober.”
Or, regarding various opponents:
“A sheep in sheep’s clothing.”
“A modest man, who has much to be modest about.”
An empty taxi arrived at 10 Downing Street, and when the door was opened, Atlee got out.”
While I don’t necessarily disagree with you, I think he’s targeting the low information types with his crude, jarring words.
And they are taking the bait.
Our poor country.
Why wouldn’t you want, among other things, a leader who would act as I outlined in post 40?
Dude, I don’t care about his language, I care about his support of Kelo, the assault weapons ban, single payer healthcare and bribing of politicians.

That’s much better. ;-)
