Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) will honor former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with this year’s Liberty Medal from the National Constitution Center. The award will be presented to Clinton on September 10th, the eve of the first anniversary of the terrorist attack on the United States mission in Benghazi that killed four Americans. The Christian Science Monitor reports that Bush, a potential GOP contender in the 2016 presidential race, is chairman of the board of trustees of the National Constitution Center located in Philadelphia.
“Former Secretary Clinton has dedicated her life to serving and engaging people across the world in democracy,” Bush said in a statement. “These efforts as a citizen, an activist, and a leader have earned Secretary Clinton this year’s Liberty Medal.”
Bush’s decision to honor Clinton, who is considered by some to be a likely Democrat candidate for president in 2016, was condemned by the Independence Hall Tea Party Association of Philadelphia. According to the Christian Science Monitor, the organization released its own statement Monday, referring to the event as “extremely distressing,” and offering, instead, an opportunity for another Liberty Medal recipient.

As all of you undoubtedly know, much of the blame for the Obama Administration’s failure to contain the Benghazi attack and the scandalous handling of its aftermath, can be traced directly to Ms. Clinton.

It was action based on politics, and NOT THOUGHT or what is right.
My view is that they ought to run together for President and VP; the order would not matter as the politics are no different. It would be like Lincoln reaching across the aisle to pick the Demo Andrew Johnson as VP in 1864 at a time of great danger to the Republic. I’m sure Clinton ad Bush see similar danger today and its coming from the Tea Party and the base of the Republican Party. So they should unite and they can protect the full interests of the establishment and the Chamber of Commerce.
I knew I would never vote for ¡YEB! before he did this, but this should have been enough to convince even the squishiest of Republicans that he was a Democrat in an R jersey.

And this is why I utterly hate scumbags like Jeb Bush. The Bushes have been buddy buddy with vile people such as this for a long time.
Hillary is a garbage person. She is literally the lowest of the low and low class, and has never done anything of which she should be proud.
And ole Jebby just overlooks what true scum the Clintons are and instead tries to treat her like an actual decent accomplished human being.
Go to H3ll Jebby Bush. I'd rather have Hillary. At least she isn't a pantywaist scum.
This was either naivety or poor judgement. Either way, given the killing of Terry Schiavo, this guy does not need to run the country.
