Diversity Officer Who Called for Murder of White Men to Retain Position

Bahar Mustafa, a diversity officer at Goldsmiths University, will retain her position at the school despite a number of inflammatory statements.

Ms. Mustafa was first embroiled in controversy after she banned white men from a campus event:

In response to criticisms of her racist acts, Mustafa responded that she cannot be racist, saying, “There have been charges laid against me that I am racist and sexist towards white men. I, an ethnic minority woman, cannot be racist or sexist towards white men, because racism and sexism describe structures of privilege based on race and gender, and therefore women of color and minority genders cannot be racist or sexist, since we do not stand to benefit from such a system.”

Mustafa was then investigated by police for racially malicious communication and for calling for the murder of white men.

...In a separate petition created by Goldsmiths students, 185 students called for a vote to get rid of Mustafa.

However, a Goldsmiths Student Union spokesman claimed that this was only "1.9 percent" of the student body and, for that reason, "The petition has therefore failed and so a vote will not take place."

Sorry, but you DO benefit in that many institutions have given considerable power to "diversity" departments and wield a hammer on your behalf. Besides, racism is racism regardless of whether nor not anyone has power or authority.
